Product Description Delfield 4448N Specifications The Delfield 4448N is made of 22-gauge stainless steel with square noising on the front. The top drawer of this unit has one opening to accept eight or twelve 1-6- size 4in. deep pans or one 12in. x 20in. full size pan. The top door of the unit will hold equally as much. The top unit recesses pans 2.5in. One 48in. x 10in. x .5in. plastic cutting board is mounted on the top at the front edge. The interior sides are thermoformed ABS plastic with integral shelf supports. The base of the unit is fully insulated with high- density foamed in place polyurethane.
